About the Journal: Advances in Medical Sciences, Health Security, and One Health (AMSHO)

The Sustainable Global Health Security Network (SGHSN) is an international organization working to advance global health security through a comprehensive One Health approach, addressing the critical interconnections between human, animal, and environmental health.

As part of its mission, SGHSN proudly publishes the Advances in Medical Sciences, Health Security, and One Health (AMSHO) a peer-reviewed, open-access journal hosted by Logixs Journals.

The journal supports SGHSN’s vision of promoting research, policy advocacy, education, and capacity building, especially in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). It welcomes submissions in areas such as:

  • Infectious disease surveillance and outbreak preparedness

  • Antimicrobial resistance and biorisk management

  • Climate change, health system resilience, and environmental sustainability

  • Biosecurity, cyberbiosecurity, and dual-use research

  • Gender equity in One Health and universal healthcare access

The journal aims to empower scientists, practitioners, and policymakers by disseminating interdisciplinary, actionable knowledge aligned with SGHSN’s core values of collaboration, equity, and sustainability.
